Announcing the firewood production schedule for the Spring 2025 season. Each Thursday morning a splitting team will be busy making firewood. Friday morning the cutting team and/or a splitting team will work. Teams start at 9:00 am, transitioning to an earlier 8:00 am as the weather warms, and work for 4 hours. We deliver firewood to Sharing House qualified clients. Last year we were at our limits, but the goal for this season is to make 3 times as many client deliveries! We need volunteer drivers with trucks to make that happen.

We have a number of volunteer positions that will help the ministry grow and thrive. These include volunteer drivers with trucks for firewood delivery, several administrative positions, and firewood processing volunteers.

Woodlot Thursday Workdays each week until the week before Thanksgiving. Mark your calendars.

End of Season Workdays are scheduled for Thursday, June 27, to complete our normal firewood splitting for this spring and Saturday, June 29, to complete our spring season.
  
Both workdays will start at 8:30 a.m. All volunteers are welcome to join us, even for the first time!
